Pros

-Great Benefits -Support, feedback and recognition from supervisors -Transparency in company -Bonus structure related to how well my property is performing, as well as other perks (gift cards, parties, etc) often -Coworkers who are genuine, nice and have similar goals -Tremendous room for advancement

Cons

-Some openings are very popular and competitive depending on the region you'd like to work in -Some weekends required -As with any position in property management, if you don't like people, it isn't the job for you!

Pros

The Bozzuto Group is family friendly and really works with employees to balance their work and home life. It's a great working environment run by very knowledgeable management. The company is diversified so that when one division is down, another is thriving and able to compensate.

Cons

For anyone living in Baltimore, the commute on 295 and 95 is long.

Owner is personable with employees Great trainers, makes you proud to be apart of the Bozzuto brand Fantastic learning opporunitites Resonable time off and personal time allotted Work and life balanced very well If placed at the right property one has unlimited opporuntity to flourish

Cons

Depending on property: Some times hours aren't the greatest Property managers lack leadership Gossip Distrust In rare instances residents can become very difficult and irrate (but it's apart of the job sometimes) Lack of communication Work place bullying
