Salary does not reflect the amount of work to be done for this position, bonuses are also low and Corporate takes out 50% for taxes, taking time off is difficult due to the major responsibilities of this position, on top of all the work you have to do you are also expected to lease 1-2 apartments a month which is not as easy as it sounds, you are also the backup for the Lease Administrator..when she is out that becomes your job too, there is absolutely NO positive reinforcement from corporate..only the bad things you do are brought up. Very high turn-over of employees..."disposable"

If I could change anything about the job, it would be the salary and working weekends. The money isn't that great, especially when I compare my salary to that of my peers who I graduated from college with. Also, working 3 weekends a month takes a toll. It affects your social life, and it's hard to travel or visit family.
