I became good friends with someone when I worked there until we both left.

Cons

The company discriminates based on race and gender. I wasn't even going to write this until I saw another review saying the company provides "resource groups that are inclusive." Pretty sure its discriminatory and EXclusive when you separate people and prioritize them based off of their skin color, gender, ethnicity and sexual orientation (everyone who works there and is reading this right now knows exactly what I'm talking about but is too afraid to say).

I liked the people I worked with directly. Pay was good for the position.

Cons

No work/life balance because residents are more important than employees. For example they increased the hours at the community coming directly after months of stress of working throughout Covid. Despite pushback from employees on the additional hours they sent an email telling us (not in exact words) our opinions did not matter.
