It really depends who you work with in your building, each building is owned by different owners so one to another building is not the same.

Pros

Excellent company with high standards for performance and ethics. The culture and leadership are unmatched, especially for a company of this size. Great opportunities for growth.

Cons

401k could have a slightly better match. Bozzuto is not for those with anything less than top notch professionalism and high performance standards. Even if someone has years of experience, it needs to translate well into this environment.
