Pros

Work Life Balance, Pay is ok

Cons

Concierge are treated like second class, subject to whims of managment and leasing teams. Concierge team not provided hazzard pay during covid unless you get sick. Concierge team is forced to play covid cops while leasing and managment allow residents in public areas with no mask.

Poor COVID Response

Pros

Pay is good and has recently increased including bonus structure. I've been lucky to have supportive managers as well.

Cons

COVID response has been incredibly disappointing. It took weeks to get us to staggered schedules and as soon as re-opening happened Bozzuto didn't hesitate to start shoving everyone back into offices like it was business as usual. This is a global pandemic and if we are truly family taking care of family our staff's health should be a priority. With the current state of the pandemic, offices should be allowed to be locked and staffing should be staggered in physical offices to limit exposure. I have several underlying health conditions and am very uncomfortable in the office and wish I felt more support to be remote during this time.
