Pros

Cool company culture stemming from leadership. Lots of training and corporate resources. Advancement opportunities within company.

Cons

If you have a bad manager then you are out of luck. Can be very political. Small office sizes means you have to maintain very good relationships with your colleagues. Leasing compensation is very poor, the only money to be made is past the APM position.
