Pros

Starts off okay as a first job out of college- although you don't need a college degree per se. If you're lucky, you'll have a team that feels like friends and family. If you're less fortunate, you'll have a team that's strickly work based and not very fun or encouraging to work with.

Cons

Some residents treat you like trash. Bozzuto is pricier for building owners to hire, but the employees are paid less than some other management companies.
