Bozzuto brought me on as an intern, which allowed me to complete a full 10-week onboarding experience focused on understanding the company’s culture, standards, and expectations. Throughout that time, my supervisors consistently modeled those standards. They were respectful, supportive, and genuinely invested in my professional growth within the organization. I was also given opportunities to assist at other communities and offices in neighboring cities. This exposure allowed me to step outside of my primary environment and experience different teams and properties that were equally ambitious, well-maintained, and aligned with the company’s values. Bozzuto places strong emphasis on representing yourself professionally while still embracing your individual qualities. That balance enabled me to elevate my professional presence with intention, confidence, and pride. In addition to my office responsibilities, I had the opportunity to participate in philanthropic initiatives outside of the workplace. These experiences further strengthened my connection to the company and provided valuable opportunities to network and build relationships with colleagues across different offices.
