Bozzuto offers an excellent entry-level position for those looking to grow within the property management industry. If you enjoy constant interaction and socializing, this job is perfect for you. You'll spend your days on the phone, meeting face-to-face, or emailing with prospective renters and current residents, ensuring no two days are ever the same. The company provides a week of paid training where you learn Bozzuto standards, fair housing laws, and everyday expectations, setting you up for success from the start. Additionally, the company offers a generous 20 PTO days, which is a fantastic benefit.

Cons

The base salary in my area does not align well with the cost of living here. Considering the rent and housing prices in my area, the salary offered by Bozzuto should be about $5-10k higher, in my opinion. This job requires face-to-face interaction five days a week, so it's only suitable if you enjoy engaging with people all day, every day. Your days off are often in the middle of the week, which means you may be working many Saturdays and Sundays while your friends are out enjoying their weekends. Additionally, you might not get two consecutive days off, as they can be spread out. The hours are rigid, with no flexibility for leaving early, coming in late, or working from home. You will sometimes have to handle complaints from residents about issues beyond your control. There can be constant phone calls, emails, residents walking into the office, and people coming in for tours, leading to non-stop work throughout the day. Other days may be slow.

Non Managers are very nice and pleasant to work with and form relationships with. Often will look out for one another.

Cons

Managers take advantage of their position over you. I constantly had managers passing off work to me that I had never completed let alone looked at before and would get passive-aggressive when their expectations aren't met Constantly reprimanded people for not following standards even though they blatantly do the same thing in front of you and when you confront them about it they act like nothings wrong.
