I love working for Bozzuto. They truly care about their employees and back it up with actions. They put you 1st as a person, which creates loyalty and the desire to work hard for them in return. Bozzuto also truly listens to feedback and works to implement it wherever possible. It may not happen immediately but it gets escalated and continually worked on to find a solution that works for everyone. Bozzuto does a great job of doing the right thing for the residents, which as an employee makes your job much more rewarding.

Cons

Bozzuto employees wear a lot of hats in all roles throughout the organization. It is a competitive advantage and helps with career advancement and a well-rounded skillset but can also cause burnout and difficulty with work/life balance.
