the discount for apartments is pretty bad, & The pay could be better for the amount of work you do. but its not terrible.

Pros

Bozzuto as a whole has a great culture as a company. They give you lots to learn in the process.

Cons

Leasing has the worst schedule of everyone-three weekends a month and working non-traditional holidays. Office culture on site can make or break your experience. My experience was poor at home site, but good at other sites I would cover.
