Pros

Great work environment and team. I was privileged to have great teammate who were passionate about the community. The healthcare benefits were fantastic.

Cons

My biggest issue was that I had only one weekend a month off. This is typical for the industry. That schedule was challenging. The pay is fine for starting. If you have a family and live in VA, that salary is simply not enough.

Bozzuto is absolutely a stand up company that provides their employees with the resources necessary for success.

Cons

My only con with Bozzuto is that I believe they have created a large list of software's to use on a day to day basis, when a lot of the systems can do each other's tasks. It can get confusing.
