Pushing forward with an employee-centered philosophy. Privately owned, All businesses must be profitable to thrive. Bozzuto recognizes that how profits are achieved matters. just as much. When I leave at the end of the day I am proud of the standard I have been held up to. Working with the best brings out the best. Working for Bozzuto is working for the best.

Cons

Sometimes there aren't enough opportunities in some areas. More people should have access to opportunities in this great company.

I truthfully cannot think of any except that they have so many properties so promotions may come quicker.

Cons

Terrible work life balance Terrible pay If you have conservative views you will not fit They took over and cut the staff by 30% They act like a woke company but are the biggest bigots
