Pros

Pay is great in comparison to other competitors. Awesome work life balance for parents. Plenty of PTO, Paid holidays, Bonusesand other benefits. Opportunities for growth.

Cons

Management can make or break your work experience. I’ve worked at 2 different properties under 4 different property managers. Depending on management style work can be the best or worst place to come to everyday. If you want to grow you will have to be willing to work extra hard and maybe even take on the work load of others to prove you can handle it. Packages are really getting out of hand and can put a strain on your body overtime.
