      Difficult Growth Company

      Pros

      Pay was decent for a Junior Level role and was willing to work with my parenting schedule. People at an individual level were fun and pleasant to be around.

      Cons

      Ultimately, in my own opinion, they bit off far more than they could chew for a single Jr. Administrator. I would end up working long hours in integrations and clouds I had no prior experience with. Learning on the fly and then getting warnings about my performance because I wasn't turning projects in time.

      Pros

      None they lie and have a bunch of unqualified people running the merges

      Cons

      They work you very long hours, they fire everyone and get down to one employee who they will take full advantage of until it’s time to merge then they fire them and do not even give them a severance package. They want to look as if they did a good job but they did nothing at all but run away from actually working.
