Cons

Penny pinching a lack of accountability for managers who view employees as numbers not humans. There is no need to reply to review and try and save face as the company is really worried about perception but lacks motivation to actually do anything tangible about it.

The Coworkers are polite and patient.

Cons

The leadership or lack thereof. No training, guidance, patience or understanding. They don't offer any structure and insist you learn by looking over the shoulders of more experienced employees who barely have the time to convey what they are doing, making you a burden to the team.
