      Pros • Strong company history and established presence in the industry. • Some great coworkers who are team-oriented and willing to help. • Opportunities to learn and take on more responsibility if you’re self-motivated.

      Cons

      Cons Promotions are sometimes implemented informally, with limited communication or recognition, and without corresponding adjustments in compensation to reflect the increased responsibilities. Additionally, recent changes involving the renaming of departments and titles without clear explanations or pay alignment have created uncertainty and seem inconsistent with the company values that were emphasized when I first joined.
