Corporate managers and HR Dept are very angry, unethical and unprofessional. I can't believe they get away with the way they treat people. They make it an extremely negative work environment. Glad I am no longer there and have found a place that appreciates me.

My experience with BradyPlus was deeply disappointing. The company fosters a toxic environment where favoritism is rampant, and job security depends more on office politics than performance. It appears that management targets employees they don’t personally like; there have been multiple instances where staff were suddenly fired under suspicious circumstances, often after being set up or blamed for things they didn’t do. There’s a clear lack of transparency, professionalism, and accountability. Employees often feel anxious and afraid to speak up due to retaliation. HR seems more interested in protecting leadership than supporting staff. I witnessed people being pushed out without cause or explanation, and it left a lasting impact on morale. If you're looking for a stable, ethical workplace that values its employees, I would strongly caution against BradyPlus. There are better companies out there that prioritize integrity, fairness, and a healthy culture.
