- A lot of coworkers were lazy - Overworked for my position and pay - No common sense in warehouse - No room to improve, All "promotions" I was informed about were lateral movements - Employees take naps on shift

Cons

Penny pinching a lack of accountability for managers who view employees as numbers not humans. There is no need to reply to review and try and save face as the company is really worried about perception but lacks motivation to actually do anything tangible about it.
