Pros

The management were very nice but favored certain ones more than others, benefits and vacation pretty good, hours flexible, ....this was a great starter job to gain some office and computer application skills....i also loved the Christian atmosphere...

Cons

Not a long term job, growth caps out at a certain point so if you want to make a lot of money this isn't the place for you. Work becomes extremely repetitive it's the same files over and over, super nice bunch of people just not great for a motivated individual who wants to make bank one day.
