Executive Search business so an AE may have to work to get his practice going but with a little time and perseverance opportunities are there for you.

Pros

Guy Gomes (Partner) is the lone bright spot of Brainworks. Great guy who is intelligent, funny, and a superb businessman. He is way too good for that place.

Cons

Boiler room type burn and churn recruitment shop. "CEO" Andy Miller is a clown who doesn't know how to treat people, and his business practices are stuck in the 80's, just like his wardrobe. He was sued by his previous employer MRI (Google it)
