Pros

Inclusive company culture. The leadership knows they don't always get it right, but they do keep a extremely open door policy for any employee to express their views. Management readily listens and reacts to needs or concerns employees express. Growth opportunities are available to all interested employees (all you have to do is ask!!!) Compensation is among the highest in this sector. Benefits on par or better than most companies. Plenty of networking opportunities provided (happy hours, company sponsored functions, etc)

Cons

None that I've seen thus far.

Pros

BrainTrust is a small company with a fun culture. They have monthly happy hours, provide free tickets to many local sporting events, and host other events for employees to come together. The management team is always available and approachable, whenever you have questions or concerns. They have many contracts available with a variety of needs, so finding the right program fit is possible without leaving the company. If you’re seeking career growth, fun work, or stability, BrainTrust provides these things and more.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

First and foremost, the culture. Everyone cares about everyone. And even if you're not the right fit here, they will gladly help you search for other opportunities in the industry. I was lucky to have many job offers however as soon as I sat down and talked to the leadership and co-workers at BrainTrust, I felt like I was in the right place and it has only gotten better every single day. I feel like I'm closer to the "fight" than I felt in my last four tours in the military (staff and leadership positions). Secondly, their reputation. The "bigs" are beating down the door to partner with us. That is due to their high performance team - they only choose the "best" employees to work here. They're not just "filling seats." They've earned their rep and they're aware that they need to protect it. We do work hard around here, but when it's time to play, BrainTrust leads the industry again. Between the happy hours, the Ravens games, Captials games, ski trips, and so much more, you get a chance to really come together as a team. I did my due diligence before joining - I couldn't find one person to say anything bad about BrainTrust. I can now see why.

Cons

None. I was concerned about the potential "growing pains" we see with small companies as they scale. Bob and his team addressed every concern I had and are actively adopting best practices to avoid any missteps and minimize any impact to our employees. They are scaling
