Pros
The pay is competitive. The hours are reasonable. Most people in the Corporate office work from 8:30 - 5:30. IT department works from 7:30 - 4:30. And some people work a strait 8:00 - 5:00. People are very friendly. It is a fun work environment - at least at the Corporate level... I can't speak for the techs in the stores.
Cons
Lack of planning from Management can result in some late nights and/or tight turn-around deadlines. Some of the Managers think that people should drop everything and rush to their aid as soon as they enter the room. It's usually not an issue, but when everyone is busy - lack on planning on their part, creates an emergency on their subordinates.
