Pros

Due to branches fiscal ill responsibility, you'll get swag, money for an office,Internet paid has some travel to Columbus, even door dash cash, oh and free health care for the employee.

Cons

Due to they do not think ahead financially there will be layoffs and then increase rates so high people leave. The ship is sinking at Branch

Pros

*Really great people working to build a company for all. *Diverse, open minded *Pay above average *$500 to set up home office *$75/mo Internet allowance *Unlimited PTO with 2wks prior notice *2 wks Unplanned/Sick leave

Cons

*Claims load is completely unmanageable making work & life balance impossible *Burn out is inevitable in current conditions *Starting to see turnover of talented, caring claims professionals *No clarity on how leadership determines claim load. Very high volume, complexity of handling mismanaged claims from people who have left. *Vendor partners are awful. Expect to spend a lot of time trying to get field estimates back while apologizing to insureds. *Currently, working 55-65/hrs per week just to keep the phone from ringing off the hook. No OT for this either.
