Pros
Great staff, wonderful students, and the faculty are generally a lot less entitled than faculty tend to be elsewhere.
Cons
The top-level management is terrible across the board. Groups like IT are short-staffed and mismanaged to death, and there's total disconnect between the top-tier administration and the staff. Good employees are leaving, and the loss includes both institutional knowledge and great skills.
