Supportive environment but so much turnover and poor onboarding

Pros

People seem to care about the students and their success, often going above and beyond to perform their duties.

Cons

There is so much turnover in all the departments that consistency in communication and information is difficult. Documentation is poor which makes onboarding of new hires difficult.
