Pros
Brasfield gives you the opportunity to work onsite with the project management team. You also work on cost estimating and basically make the job your own. You can take on as much responsibility as you feel comfortable with and the managers are always willing to work with you if you don't feel comfortable with your tasks.
Cons
If you don't know much about construction then you could be stuck doing tasks like taking out the trash and cleaning until you can take on your own tasks.
