      Pros

      Best of both Construction and Private Corporate worlds. This company does not hold back on shared profits with its employees. The culture makes an effort to ensure even our self perform laborers feel worthy and are properly compensated. In the South East, it carries a strong reputation among developers. I enjoy working for this company. In the ATL sector, they developed a relationship with Georgia Tech. We use GT for different accredited certifications. Though B&G pays for it, these will be your certs. If/When i leave B&G, I will carry these certifications with me nationally.

      Cons

      Good construction company has work every where. Managers try to get you assigned to a job near your home. Does not work perfectly sometimes. Nature of the construction game.
