Pros

The work environment is positive and encouraging, and my managers have my best interest in mind. My favorite thing about working here has been making close friends with the people I work with.

Cons

I am always nervous meeting new people, but my managers have been really supportive and helped me get over my fear of meeting new guests.

Pros

Enthusiastic and friendly co-workers who take pride in serving wholesome food. Focus on efficiency, cleanliness, and productivity. Management was willing to accommodate my school schedule so I could have a healthy work-life balance. Free shift meals are a big plus!

Cons

It can be a little overwhelming at first, but the training and support from the team will help you get used to the fast-paced environment!

Pros

I quickly became close friends with my co-workers. Brassica hires great people. You get a free meal every shift, scheduling is flexible, and management is pretty great

Cons

The restaurant can get really busy. Time goes by quickly, but it can get stressful.
