It’s incredibly demanding work, but I believe that is what makes it rewarding. Everyday poses a new challenge and a new skill to master, so it is far from boring. As a life time athlete, this job has really found a way to emulate what I loved about competing with a team for a common goal — everyday feels like game day. We grind together and we win together and if we lose, we come together. Each day I leave my shift and feel accomplished because I have done something that not everyone is capable of doing and I do it at the sides of people who want to see me succeed as much as they themselves want to succeed.

An excellent environment to learn and grow with active and engaged leadership and upper management, and plenty of opportunity to move up if you work for it. Although a fast-food concept, it is verging on fine dining with the standards, quality food, and exceptional pay and good benefits. An excellent concept that is poised to rapidly expand over the next couple years.
