The ground freezes in October and may stay frozen until March of the next year so you may be on unemployment in the winters

Pros

Remote work is available for some position. It’s and esop but still very top heavy when spreading the wealth around.

Cons

Almost no training given. There is very little documentation on how things are done the braun way. Low to no raises and very little bonus money despite touting the bonus pool every year. They buy companies constantly and do a very poor job incorporating the new employees. Very high turnover rate.
