Lots of variety in day to day schedule Plenty of resources available when questions arise. Pretty flexible working arrangments available

Cons

Can take a while to find success and early years can be difficult with work life balance, but that comes with learning and growing within this industry.

- Just average starting pay by industry standards I guess would be a pro

Cons

- A very corporate workplace; coworkers hamstringing you, "good 'ol boys" club, work dries up for you if you're just starting out- exacerbated by telecommute/most PM working from home that don't answer their phone. If they do answer, it's of the tone of "why did you call me?" Not helpful. Had the manager I was working for bad mouthing me behind my back to other PMs. Oof, I could go on...
