Good pay, good benefits,good reputation,many clients,multiple offices,good co-workers,lots of departments

Cons

offices and upper management being far away from the heart of the oilfield activities, makes it harder to communicate,relate and give input

Pros

Small-company vibe, lots of diversity in projects.

Cons

Company lacks structure. No direction from management. Most management is clueless and lacks problem-solving skills on subjects that are apparent to lower-level staff. Low compensation for duties performed. Must maintain billabilty (somehow) while management cannot provide billable work.
