Cons

Even the best firms struggles with growth and transitions of any type. The intent by all employee owners is great and the firm is resilient to tackle problems. Any ex employees providing negative feedback at this stage have always had a chance to provide feedback while being employed and some may be misinformed. Unfortunate. This firm wins technical, safety and employee awards for a reason.
