      Pros

      Pay was ok, local employees great,they want 20 words to describe the pros I can't come up with that many.

      Cons

      Corporate management top heavy with the belief that they are the smartest people in the room. Not promoting based on talent and results, based on PE. Bonuses were a joke, that was based on percentage not performance, just like raises​. The industry changes learn! listen!

      Pros

      Good co-workers, decent pay, decent paid time off.

      Cons

      Micro management to the roof! Let your hired professionals do their job. Years of college doesn't eqaul out to years in the field. Leadership in the upper management is very questionable. New practices and techniques aren't looked at as profitable. Stuck in doing it the same way. But preach diversity. Employee ownership is a bunch of bull. They make huge decisions and don't ask employees their input. They just do what ever with our money. Trust is big issue always. Too many vice presidents over nothing.
