      Pros

      Good benefits, travel expense was covered well, laid back team environment, coordination between other offices was easy which was good because it was often needed.

      Cons

      Hours, base pay, basically an on call job, didn't do any actual engineering, outdoor working conditions could be very extreme.

      Great people and clients. The company has grown significantly over the last few years as a result. Depending on what you do is a great place!

      Cons

      Going through a lot of growth and need to change policies and practices to reflect current business size. Depending on manager you can get lost.
