You get to work from home!!! The pay is what Therapist, LCSW, LMHC should be making with experience. Time off is always approved and management is understanding and not demeaning. Great work environment, everyone seems to get along. Always chances to move up.

Cons

New clients are not trained on how to access our Platform so constant trouble shooting with clients which takes up therapy time. Sometimes , (only sometimes Supervisors don't understand the therapists perspective) but overall GREAT COMPANY and TEAM!!

100% work from home position. Newer company undergoing much expansion; providing opportunity for career growth/promotion. Great pay. Great time-off benefit. Free database of CEUs for licensure renewals. Opportunity for free supervision for licensure. Opportunity to obtain licensure in other states paid by the company.

Cons

Very fast paced environment. No daily administrative time. Currently no retirement benefit. Frequent changes to processes causes unfamiliarity and confusion at times.
