Pros

Mission-Driven Work: Helping expand access to mental health care across underserved populations. Remote Flexibility: Many roles are remote, allowing for work-life balance and location independence.

Cons

Leadership Challenges: The CEO's micromanagement style often leads to inefficiencies, delays, and a lack of trust in team autonomy. Decision-making can feel reactive rather than strategic, creating confusion across departments. Stifled Innovation: Creative solutions and new approaches may be discouraged or dismissed, making it difficult for high-performing individuals to contribute meaningfully. Morale and Culture: The internal culture can feel disjointed, with employees experiencing burnout and disengagement due to unclear priorities and inconsistent communication. Limited Growth: While the company is expanding, upward mobility and role development for existing staff seem like an afterthought rather than a focus. Operations Under Strain: Fast growth without adequate infrastructure makes day-to-day execution chaotic and unnecessarily stressful.

Pros

Fully remote Free CEUs Support for scheduling and billing Incredible colleagues who care about the clients Good PTO (with two weeks' notice) Excellent onboarding/training and slow ramp up They provide equipment and excellent IT help when needed.

Cons

Required to schedule *eight* clients everyday Everyone is literally burned out all the time, but management does nothing about it. They prioritize completing assessments, but then clients wait weeks to be matched with a provider. If you volunteer for anything, you're stuck in it forever, but they don't tell you that ahead of time. Limited control over one's schedule Required "All Hands" meetings that have little to nothing to do with day-to-day or is relevant to the work at hand.

Pros

No fake spirit team energy here.

Cons

Senior leadership is connectED from past roles and they do not have any experience from the past roles to be credible in current position.
