Pros
Team culture, people are friendly and open once you get to know them.
Cons
There is no real growth possibility. They have a very traditional structure and management, your work gets review and judged as if it were highschool. People spend year until they actually get a raise. There are very strong hierarchies, and it is very difficult to give ideas and opinions.
