-Minimal hierarchy, you can speak to the co-founders (CEO/CTO), who both make the effort to visit and spend time with all employees - New ideas are welcomed & appreciated, good ones get actioned! - Amazing office environment, people want to be there and its fun - Brand is well known, loved and respected in the industry - Friendly but fast environment, nice people that work hard & win together. - Public company, the equity is valuable & the company is performing.

Cons

- Could improve cross-functional alignment - Some processes could be much better (as with most companies) - No gym/wellbeing benefit in Singapore - Domestic partners not recognised on Health Benefits in Singapore

Cons

Collaborative, Innovative mindset is lacking. Different departments have different standards and philosophies of work, when it could be more centralised around existing Braze Core values
