Events are usually well-thought & arranged for employees, the recent one was Friends & Family day, considering people of all ages (small kids, big kids, parents, friends from other companies etc.) Employees' dietary restrictions are specially taken care of.

Cons

Braze is a growing company, therefore sometimes pains of growing up is seen.

Certain teams may not have the best culture but overall I really did enjoy my time and learned a lot and had many friendships.

Cons

Compensation compared to market rate is not the best for certain teams. They have a compensation team but don't see much changes
