Pros
The onboarding is amazing; you really feel like you're being looked after and there's no expectation to contribute before you're ready. The people who work here are so nice - from bottom to top - they always go out of their way to help you in any way they can. The work is refreshing and it feels like we're all pulling in the same direction to make improve our customers' experiences.
Cons
You have to be careful to not work too long hours. There's no expectation to do so, but by being part of a 'can-do' company, we sometimes find it hard to know when to take a break - especially if we're dealing with multiple time zones.
