It is not unhealthy competition against each other, but more of working towards the end goal. There’s also a lot of flexibility.

I love how everyone is so friendly and fun here! There are also many kind and enthusiastic souls who would help to organize different sports and wellness events! It gives everyone the chance to meet new people outside of their department. The Employee Experience team has also organized many fun events like craft workshops and holiday parties. I’m spoilt!
