      Pros

      I only ever interact with very friendly colleagues who work hard but also take the time to ask about your weekend plans and take a genuine interest in you as a human. It's a company value to "take your seat at the table" and the people I work with really encompass that - the team is very good at being inclusive and inviting views from anyone (no matter how junior). Management are good at sharing ideas and the CEO genuinely welcomes slacks from anyone in the company.

      Cons

      As we're US headquartered, sometimes there is a US-lens put on things which can be frustrating for those outside the US, especially when it comes to leave entitlements, HR processes etc. It's definitely moving in the right direction and they're aware of it, though.

      Pros

      The title says it all really. The people, product and career prospects here are phenomenal. Most notably within the customer success team there's a superb culture which is supported at every level of leadership, leading to a culture of genuine trust and care.

      Cons

      Slowdown in headcount growth has resulted in slower upwards movement potential than was previously possible, however this is widely discussed and lots of opportunity for lateral moves into other teams.
