Pros

I have been at Braze for over 2 years and am genuinely excited to go to work every day. I feel like I can make an impact and add a ton of value. I am supported by my team and love the company culture. My favorite part is the people.

Cons

We are always growing and changing so that brings challenges along with it. We have some growing pains since there are some newer managers but overall there are not many cons.

• Very strong culture • Constant learning • Extremely intelligent and passionate coworkers • Trusted with strategic decisions / independence • Transparent leadership • All the perks of a start-up (flexible time off, snacks, paid lunch, etc.)

Cons

There are a few inexperienced managers that struggle to provide mentorship to greener direct reports

Pros

Braze is full of smart, motivated, and positive people. While no company is perfect, when the rubber hits the road, this group is willing to tackle problems and iterate to make things better. Leadership is forthcoming and level-headed, and our product is the best in the market.

Cons

Employees need to defend their own work/life balance - many employees aren't good at setting work/life boundaries, though the company always respects them.
