Pros
- Great company culture, people are nice - Office is sweet and they treat us well with meals and such
Cons
- Lack of training on how to actually run meetings or communicate with prospects - Don't give a ton of insight on how the BDR AE relationship should be, rather managers will point out a successful BDR AE deal and say "see this is what you should be doing!" after they did it, so using one off situations - BIGGEST ISSUE: accounts were all so overworked, I worked there prior to layoffs so it could be different now. But I would get a list of "new accounts" and the decision makers that we were emailing had gotten similar messaging from another BDR 7-9 months prior to me trying again
