      Braze values the voices of all employees. Leaders are personable and intelligent. Faith in leaders and company strategy.

      Cons

      Macro economy negatively hit company and headcount has decreased over time. After going public, less budget to spend on employees -- this has hurt teams spanning more than 1 location in being able to get together. Sales team gets majority of travel budget. No focus on getting teams covering >1 location together in person if not in sales org.
