Typical tech firm, really solid benefits and comp package. Management is very competent, company has solid runway for growth.

Cons

Work life balance can be tough, still working out how to be a more mature company and this cause friction.

Cons

Poor commercial leadership. Specific individual's micromanaging and toxic behavior has created a hostile work environment where bullying is normalized. Despite numerous complaints from colleagues, the company has failed to address the issue, leading to the departure of talented individuals. It's important for potential employees to be aware of this toxic management experience that contradicts the company's values and culture. I would not recommend the Singapore office as place to work because of this.
