Pros

No pros other than being remote.

Cons

Benefits are horrible. No 401k, only 12 days of PTO Out of the 6 reps, not a single rep hit quota or was close to hitting quota. The systems they have in place are disorganized. The sales leadership provides zero training. You are expected to close a deal within less than 30 days of employment while receiving zero training or guidance other than “dial the phone and send LinkedIn messages” The number is blocked as spam. The email domain is blocklisted. You have zero opportunities for success with what they give you and how they “train” you. You are expected to pay for all travel out of pocket and then compensated 1 month later. Including a trip to Amsterdam There is no ramp period. The CEO is clueless about what he is doing and has no idea how to grow the company

Pros

High-Growth Industry: Cybersecurity is a highly relevant, booming sector. Marketing a platform that solves critical security compliance (like SOC 2, PCI DSS) and external attack surface issues means you are selling something businesses genuinely need, making value-proposition messaging highly impactful.

Cons

Fast-Paced and Demanding: The cybersecurity landscape shifts daily as new threats emerge. Campaigns, blog updates, and messaging have to pivot incredibly fast, which can sometimes lead to a high-pressure environment with tight turnaround times.

Pros

Supportive colleagues, flexible work culture, good learning opportunities, exposure to cybersecurity projects, and a collaborative environment. Management is approachable, and employees are encouraged to take ownership of their work.

Cons

Some internal processes can be improved, and cross-functional coordination may occasionally lead to delays. Workload can become demanding during peak business periods.
