Cons

An opportunity opened up with another employer that I’d been eyeing for a while. I would’ve been an idiot to pass it up.

Great Coworkers. Extremely Progressive Corporate Culture

-Opportunities to get promoted from within the company. -Decent pay and benefits. -Great coworkers.

Cons

-Aggressively woke, progressive stances on social issues. -Promotions based primarily on length of time with the company and diversity. -Very complex, convoluted IT infrastructure and Info Sec policies (nothing here operates smoothly).
